A dark, liquored cake packed with fruits, spices, and tons of flavour. Its rich dark colour can easily be mistaken for chocolate, but it's not. The mixed fruit, dried raisins, cherries, sultana, and/or prunes, is soaked in white rum and a combination of wines.
